100% Return Guarantee on New Products
We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, with the exception of discounted items. Products purchased on sale are not covered by this guarantee.
No Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased during discount promotions or sales cannot be returned or exchanged. These purchases are final and will not be refunded, even in case of incorrect size selection.
Return Costs and Administrative Fees
✔ Return costs: The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense. Chan Jewellery does not reimburse shipping costs and is not responsible for any costs incurred during the return process.
✔ Administrative return costs:
- For all returns, a minimum processing fee of €10 applies.
- For orders over €100, an administrative fee of 10% of the total order amount applies instead of the fixed amount.
These costs cover the processing, administrative and inspection costs of returns.
➡️ Defective or incorrectly delivered items are exempt from administrative return costs.
Return Period
Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Make sure you adhere to this deadline to be eligible for a return.
Exchange of Sale Items
⚠️ Sale items cannot be exchanged, even in case of incorrect size. Therefore, carefully check the size chart before making a purchase.

We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellation
✅ Free cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of purchase.
⏳ After 30 minutes: Cancellation incurs a cancellation fee of €20 if the order has not yet been shipped.
📦 Order already shipped: Once the item has been shipped, a return is required for a refund. The return and administrative costs (minimum €10 or 10% for larger orders) are then at the customer's expense.

Returns without a correctly completed return form cannot be processed. Make sure to include this form with your package.
