Refund Policy

At Chan Jewellery, we strive to provide excellent service and a comfortable shopping experience for all our customers. Our return and refund policy has been carefully designed to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, with certain conditions. Please read the following guidelines carefully regarding returns and refunds.

100% Return Guarantee on New Products
We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, except discounted items. Products purchased during sales or promotions are not covered by this guarantee.

No Refunds on Discounted Products
Products purchased during promotions or sales cannot be returned or exchanged. These purchases are considered final and non-refundable, even in the case of selecting an incorrect size.

Return Costs and Administrative Fees
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover any costs incurred during the return process.

Administrative Return Fees:
A processing fee of at least €10 applies to all returns.
For orders exceeding €100, an administrative fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied instead of the fixed amount.

These fees cover processing, administration, and inspection of returned products.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products are exempt from administrative return fees.

Return Period
A return request must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, no return requests will be accepted. Please ensure compliance with this timeframe to guarantee acceptance of your return.

Exchange of Discounted Products
Discounted products cannot be exchanged, even if the wrong size was selected. Please carefully check the size chart before purchasing.

Full Warranty on Defective Products
We provide a full warranty on all defective products. If there is a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned for a full refund or exchange according to your preference.
No administrative fees apply to defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Order Cancellation
Free Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of purchase.

After 30 Minutes: A €20 cancellation fee will apply if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the Order Has Been Shipped: If the order has already been shipped, the product must be returned to receive a refund. Return shipping costs and administrative fees (€10 minimum or 10% for larger orders) will be the responsibility of the customer.
